  Per person ticket: $75.  Physical tickets will be mailed to you, at the end of November, for you to distribute to your guests. Be sure to include your full mailing address in your registration.

  CANCELLATION POLICY: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than three full business days prior to the meeting day. (For example, cancellations must be made by the end of Wednesday for an event held the following Monday.)   • A NEW Venue for 2025 - Brookfield Conference Center!

  Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Wednesday lunch tickets. Booths are 8' x 10" and come with 8' pipe and drape in the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides.  There will be a 6' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths have free wi-fi & electricity and the event space is fully carpeted. 

  Exhibitor Registration - EARLY BIRD PRICING through November 22

  • AFS Corporate and Personal Members Early Bird: $1,000.  After Friday, November 22, 2024, $1,150
  • AFS Non-Member Early Bird: $1,300. After Friday, November 22: $1,525
  • Additional exhibitor pass pricing: $50 without Wednesday lunch, $85 including a Wednesday lunch ticket.

  • Wednesday Banquet & Keynote Speaker John Koskinen, Chief Economist for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue - Topic: Wisconsin's Economy Today. On the menu: braised beef short ribs, mixed green salad, vegetables & triple chocolate cake. Tickets $75 per person.

  • 2024 Regional Foundry Conference & Expo Program Preview (Last Year's Program)

  Cancelation Policy: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booth cost shall be charged in the event of exhibitor cancellation 90 days (11/9/2023) or more prior to the move-in day.  No refunds are available for cancellations less than 60 days (12/9/2023) prior to move-in day.  All cancellation notices must be received in writing and may be submitted to AFS WI Headquarters, afswi@teamwi.com.

John has served in this capacity for several administrations. His expert economic analysis will include an easy to understand overview of Wisconsin's economy.

  VIPs are invited to attend the Expo at the AFS WI Regional, on Tuesday, February 4, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Guests will also have an opportunity to network at the reception on the Expo floor, which will include free beer and a cash bar. 

  Please instruct your guests to stop by the check-in desk at the Regional on Wednesday, February 7, to pick up their badge.
