Hiring & Retention Best Practices Panel & Dinner Meeting

This is a great opportunity to network and enjoy a panel discussion about a challenge we all face: Hiring and retaining quality employees. Come with your questions ready and be prepared for a good group dialogue!

Meeting Schedule:

5:00 PM Check-in and Fellowship

6:00 PM Dinner followed by Hiring & Retention Panel Discussion with Experienced Foundry Professionals

Our panel will include:

• Jose Huertas, Plant Manager at AFW Foundry
• Bruce Cherek, Operations Manager at Aluma Cast Foundry
• Armin Peralta, Foundry Manager at Grede Liberty

On the Menu:

Family-style fried chicken dinner. Two drink tickets are included with your registration.

Cost to Attend:

AFS Members $35 per person

Retired Members and Students with ID $25 per person

Non-Members $40 per person

CANCELLATION POLICY: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than three full business days prior to the meeting day. (For example, cancellations must be made by the end of Wednesday for an event held the following Monday.) Based upon the advance registrations, the Chapter commits to a guaranteed meal count for that event two business days prior to the event. The Chapter pays for those meals regardless of whether all registered individuals actually attend the event.
