Foursome registration: $500 per foursome

Dinner Only Retiree Pricing: $25 per person
Beer Cart Sponsorship: $250 - includes logo on PowerPoint at the event and recognition in the *thank you* flyer at dinner.
Hole Sponsorship: $225 includes sign at hole, logo on PowerPoint at the event and recognition in *thank you* flyer at dinner.
Door Prize Donation: Consider donating a Door Prize! Let us know if you plan to bring a prize along to the outing by noting it on your registration form and emailing afswi@teamwi.com.

Check-in: 8:00 AM
Shotgun Start: 9:00 AM
Pig Roast Dinner: 3:00 PM
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, July 26, 2019
CANCELLATION POLICY: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than three full business days prior to the meeting day. (For example, cancellations must be made by the end of Wednesday for an event held the following Monday.) Registered no-shows, who have not paid in advance, will be invoiced for the event. If you wish to cancel, contact TEAM at AFSWI@TEAMWI.com or call Laura Gustafson at 262-532-2440 X15.
Based upon the advance registrations, the Chapter commits to a guaranteed meal count for that event two business days prior to the event. The Chapter pays for those meals regardless of whether all registered individuals actually attend the event.
