Cost to Attend:
- Individual registration including golf and dinner: $110 EARLY BIRD, $135 per person after June 30th.
- Individual Registration including golf only: $80 EARLY BIRD, $95 per person after June 30th.
- Foursome registration including golf and dinner: $440 EARLY BIRD, $540 per foursome after June 30th.
- Foursome registration including golf only: $320 EARLY BIRD, $380 per foursome after June 30th.
Dinner Only: $50 per person
Dinner Only Retiree Pricing: $30 per person
Beer Cart Sponsorship: [SOLD OUT] $275 - includes signage on the beer cart, logo on PowerPoint at the event and recognition on the table tents.
Hole Sponsorship: $225 includes sign at hole, logo on PowerPoint at the event and recognition on the table tents.
Breakfast Sponsor: $100 includes logo on PowerPoint at the event and recognition on the table tents.
Door Prize Donation: Consider donating a Door Prize! Let us know if you plan to bring a prize along to the outing by noting it on your registration form and emailing afswi@teamwi.com. Large prize donors (prizes valued at or above $100) receive recognition on the PowerPoint and on the table tents.

Check-in: 8:00 AM
Shotgun Start: 9:00 AM
Pig Roast Dinner: 3:00 PM
CANCELLATION POLICY: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than three full business days prior to the meeting day. (For example, cancellations must be made by the end of Wednesday for an event held the following Monday.) Registered no-shows, who have not paid in advance, will be invoiced for the event. Based upon the advance registrations, the Chapter commits to a guaranteed meal count for that event two business days prior to the event. The Chapter pays for those meals regardless of whether all registered individuals actually attend the event.
