A NEW Venue for 2025 - Brookfield Conference Center!

Booth registration includes two exhibitor badges and two Wednesday lunch tickets. Booths are 8' x 10" and come with 8' pipe and drape in the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides. There will be a 6' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket at each exhibitor location. All booths have free wi-fi & electricity and the event space is fully carpeted.

Additional exhibitor pass pricing: $50 without Wednesday lunch, $85 including a Wednesday lunch ticket.

Important Information

Once exhibitor registrations are received and paid, exhibitors will be sent a map to choose their booth space - new venue, new map.

Expo Hours: Tuesday, February 4, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, February 5, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Set up Tuesday morning, beginning at 10:30 AM. (No Expo on Friday.)
Tuesday afternoon: Expo opens at 2:00 PM. Free Beer and Appetizers in the Expo Hall from3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
Wednesday Banquet & Keynote Speaker John Koskinen, Chief Economist for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue - Topic: Wisconsin's Economy Today. On the menu: braised beef short ribs, mixed green salad, vegetables & triple chocolate cake. Tickets $75 per person.
Exhibitors may invite up to 6 VIP Guests to attend the Expon on Tuesday, February 4th. The passes are intended for your customers and do not apply to exhibitor employees or vendor partners. VIP Guest details and sign up here.
2024 Regional Foundry Conference & Expo Program Preview (Last Year's Program)

Cancelation Policy: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booth cost shall be charged in the event of exhibitor cancellation 90 days (11/9/2023) or more prior to the move-in day. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 60 days (12/9/2023) prior to move-in day. All cancellation notices must be received in writing and may be submitted to AFS WI Headquarters, afswi@teamwi.com.
